1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website at hasibpty.site and any business services and solutions provided by Hasib Pty Ltd (ABN 93 702 131 646) ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
2. Who we are
Hasib Pty Ltd is an Australian proprietary limited company providing business services and solutions to clients in Perth and across Western Australia. References to "Hasib" mean Hasib Pty Ltd. You can contact us at ceo@hasibpty.site.
3. Quotes and engagements
- Any quote, estimate or proposal provided by us is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
- A quote is an invitation to engage our services and does not itself constitute a binding agreement. An engagement is formed only when we confirm the scope in writing and you accept it.
- Each engagement is subject to the scope, deliverables, timeline and fees set out in the written engagement confirmation. Anything outside that scope may require a variation and additional fees, which we will agree with you in writing before proceeding.

4. Fees, invoicing and payment
- Fees are stated in Australian dollars (AUD) and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, are exclusive of GST, which will be added where applicable.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless another payment period is agreed in writing.
- If an invoice remains unpaid after the due date, we may suspend work, charge reasonable late-payment costs permitted by law, or terminate the engagement in accordance with these terms.
- Where a deposit or advance payment is required, work will not commence until it has been received in full.
5. Your responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information, access and approvals reasonably required for us to deliver the services.
- You confirm that any materials, data or instructions you provide to us are lawful and that you hold the necessary rights to provide them to us.
- Delays caused by a failure to provide information, access or approvals may affect timelines and, where permitted, may give rise to additional reasonable costs.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For services, you are entitled to a remedy if the services are not rendered with due care and skill, are not reasonably fit for the disclosed purpose, or are not supplied within a reasonable time. Where our services are not otherwise of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded is, to the extent the law permits, limited at our option to the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to section 6 above, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid by you to us for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
8. Intellectual property
- All content on this website, including text, graphics, layout and logos, is owned by or licensed to Hasib Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
- You may view, download and print material from this website for your own non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute or exploit any part of this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of deliverables created specifically for you under an engagement transfers to you upon full payment of the relevant invoices. We retain ownership of our pre-existing intellectual property, methodologies, templates and know-how.
9. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with an engagement and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement. This obligation does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
10. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.
11. Website availability and third-party links
We aim to keep this website available and accurate but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful code. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time. Where this website links to third-party websites, those links are provided for convenience only and we do not endorse or accept responsibility for their content or practices.
12. Termination
- Either party may terminate an engagement by giving 14 days' written notice, or immediately if the other party commits a material breach that is not remedied within 14 days of written notice, or becomes insolvent.
- On termination, you remain liable for fees for work performed up to the date of termination and any non-cancellable costs we have incurred on your behalf.
13. Governing law
These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of the latest revision shown above. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
